Where we ship
We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after we confirm the order by phone or WhatsApp — please accept our confirmation call.

Delivery time
Major cities: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Other locations: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping charges
Flat rate of Rs 350 nationwide. Free delivery on orders over Rs 2,999 .

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as your order is handed to the courier.

Storing your MeltCup
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In summer, we recommend bringing your order indoors promptly after delivery.

Problems with delivery
